Cleaning & Laundry
At Drini FM, we offer a limited Cleaning and Laundry service that can be combined with your Facilities Management package. Although these services are aimed towards holiday homes, they are also available to residential and commercial properties where we have availability. We are always happy to have a no-obligation chat about your needs.
Cleaning
Types of cleaning offered:
- Standard cleaning for routine changeovers
- Deep or intensive cleaning where required
- One-off cleans (for example at the start or end of a season)
Scope of cleaning is agreed in advance to ensure expectations are clear.

Laundry
What the laundry service covers:
- Collection of used laundry
- Washing, drying, and folding
- Ironing (where appropriate)
- Return of clean items ready for use

Indicative Pricing
Please note that prices are only indicative, and are representative of a one-off service. Discounts will be applied where mutliple services are combined, and where services are needed on a regular basis.
Cleaning
Standard cleaning:
Up to 4 hours - £45/hr
Additional hourly rate (after 4 hours) - £35/hr
Specialist or intensive cleaning:
From £55 per hour
Note - Cleaning prices are indicative of two people cleaning, with fuel, equipment and premium cleaning supplies included. Adjustments will be made to the rate depending on individual property requirements.
Laundry
• Bedding
- Single bedding set - £15
- Double bedding set - £20
- King / Super King bedding - £25
• Household
- Towel set - £12
- Mattress protector set - £8
• Clothing
- General load (washed, dried, ironed where appropriate) - £25
- Shirts (washed, dried, ironed) - £2 per item
Laundry quantities and turnaround expectations are agreed in advance to ensure smooth operation. We aim to have items returned within 24-48 hours.
Linen hire (coming soon):
We aim to offer linen hire to properties that do not have access to laundry services. Please register your interest using the form below.

Cleaning and laundry services are offered on an availability-controlled basis, prioritised for properties under active management. Please note that Saturday changeover capacity is already extremely limited for 2026, we would encourage you to get in touch soon if you are looking for this service.
Limiting these services allows us to maintain consistent standards, while ensuring cleaning work aligns with wider property oversight. Please note that we do not offer a high-volume, or fast-turnaround service.
